Thank you To Johnny and Foxy for your comments, as you say Foxy, we are indeed all respectable middle aged citizens, not in the habit of going round damaging property and Johnny we didn't see any damage either...The most annoying thing about it is that they didn't say anything until a month later. Here's to the new Venue.. Were sure it will be just as enjoyable as the Town hall,yes it is the people that make the atmosphere and made the Town Hall what it was so with all your continued support which we are very grateful of, we will still have the atmosphere at The Regency Royal... Really sorry to hear you have been having problems with the 'powers that be' at the Town Hall. I can only imagine how disappointed and furious you all must be feeling at these empty allegations. The amount of hard work to organise and provide a top event must take an enormous amount of effort and commited teamwork, which I am sure everyone who attends can appreciate and is not likley to jeopardise - after all, sorry to say this but we are all respectable middle aged citizens. However that said, looking forward to attending the new venue, which looks very good on the website, and we will continue to travel the 150 miles to enjoy a brilliant night out - after all it's the people that make make the atmosphere, not the walls !! love to you all, see you soon, foxy x

Sorry to hear of the demise of the Town Hall venue, it was very sad, I uploaded a small video of the last one on Youtube, I never saw any thing wrecked or damaged either all very polite and sounds like an excuse to me, very well run night and good sounds even the skinheads had pressed their shirts! Best of luck with the new venue, dunno where I'll be in May as life takes me to strange places and strange scenes, but you deserve a lot of credit for a really good scene.
